What we text about
Messages about a funding request you started: scheduling a call, asking for a document you agreed to send, or confirming next steps. We do not send marketing texts unless you have separately agreed to them.
Opting in
You opt in by ticking the consent box on our request form or by texting us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any funding request.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from us; you will receive one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call (320) 208-9595.
Frequency and charges
How many messages you get depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Text records are handled as described in the privacy policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
